GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND PURCHASE OF TICKETS
1. Identification of the Service Provider

Customer service hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (or as indicated on the Platform at any given time).
2. Purpose and Acceptance
The Platform acts exclusively as a technical intermediary in the sale of tickets (entries, passes, or admissions) for events, attractions, cultural visits, theme parks, and other shows organized by third parties (promoters, producers, artists, venues, or organizing entities — hereinafter, the “Organizer”).Access, browsing, and use of the Platform, as well as the purchase of tickets, imply the reading, understanding, and express, full, and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookies Policy.If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from using the Platform and from purchasing tickets.
3. Nature of the Service
The ticket sales service is onerous (paid). All final prices (including management fees, delivery or shipping costs, applicable VAT, and any other charges) are displayed clearly, itemized, and up to date on the Platform before the user confirms the purchase.The service of merely consulting or obtaining information about events and attractions is free of charge.
4. Purchase Process and Seat/Location Allocation
The user is solely responsible for correctly selecting the event, date, time, number of tickets, location/seat (if applicable), price, and all other details. Before completing the purchase, the user must thoroughly verify all information displayed in the order summary.The Platform reserves the right to make minor modifications to the specific seat or location allocation selected by the user, in order to optimize access and public distribution. Such modifications will not change the sector, zone, or promised visibility category.Once the purchase is confirmed and paid for, the transaction is firm and irrevocable on the part of the buyer, except in the exceptional cases provided for by applicable law.
5. Right of Withdrawal. Legal Exclusion
Pursuant to Article 103.l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (TRLGDCU), the right of withdrawal is expressly excluded in contracts for the supply of leisure or entertainment services with a specific date or execution period (tickets for events, shows, concerts, festivals, theater, sports, guided visits, theme parks, etc.).Consequently, no changes or refunds will be accepted for reasons such as inability to attend, buyer error when making the purchase, regret, or change of mind.
6. Ticket Preservation
The ticket (whether physical or in digital/QR format) must be kept in perfect condition, in a dry place, away from heat sources, without contact with plastics, magnetic fields, or other elements that could damage it, invalidate it, or prevent its reading/validation at entry.
7. Modifications, Postponements, Suspensions, or Cancellations of the Event
Any change, postponement, substantial modification, or cancellation of the event is the exclusive responsibility of the Organizer. The Platform does not organize, produce, or control the events and therefore disclaims all liability regarding their content, programming, quality, development, or execution.If aware of any issue, appatone studio S.L. undertakes to:
a) Publish the updated information on the Platform as soon as possible.
b) Notify the user via email and/or SMS to the contact provided during purchase.
c) Inform the user, where applicable, of the refund or handling procedure established by the Organizer.
In the event of definitive cancellation of the event (or suspension without rescheduling), the user shall be entitled to a refund of the amount paid (including management fees, unless otherwise provided by applicable regulations or the Organizer), within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of the official public announcement of the cancellation. Once this period has elapsed without a claim being made by the user, no further refunds will be accepted.If the Organizer postpones the event or replaces it with another of equivalent characteristics, the purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date or event, unless the user requests a refund within the deadlines and conditions indicated by the Organizer.
8. Prohibition of Resale and Misuse
The resale of tickets outside authorized official channels is strictly prohibited. Illegal resale or any attempt thereof will result in the immediate seizure or cancellation of the ticket without entitlement to refund or any compensation.It is also prohibited to use tickets for advertising, commercial, promotional, contest, betting, or any lucrative purposes without prior, express, and written authorization from the Organizer.
9. Offenses Related to Acquisition
Fraudulent use of the payment system (providing false buyer or card data, using third-party data or cards, numbers generated by algorithms or computer programs, identity theft, etc.) constitutes a computer fraud offense as defined and punishable under Article 248 of the Spanish Criminal Code, with penalties of up to six years' imprisonment.
10. Limited Liability
appatone studio S.L. shall not be liable for tickets purchased through unofficial channels, nor for price differences with other sales points or platforms.Tickets are governed by the specific rules and regulations of the venue or location where the event takes place. The Organizer reserves the right of admission and may conduct security checks on attendees.It is prohibited to bring into the venue: professional recording or photography equipment without express authorization, laser pointers, animals (except assistance dogs), outside food or beverages, or objects deemed dangerous by the organization. Failure to comply may result in immediate expulsion without refund and, where applicable, destruction of illegally recorded material.For certain events, a maximum limit on the number of tickets purchasable per person, payment card, or family unit may apply.
11. Data Protection and Security
The Platform applies appropriate technical and organizational security measures in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights, in order to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data. 12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by current Spanish law.For any dispute arising from the purchase of tickets or use of the Platform, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile (if the consumer is a natural person acting as such) or, subsidiarily, to those of Girona.In compliance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we inform you of the existence of the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
